Yes. Headquarters provides complete training and opening support before launch, and supervisors assist you long-term afterward. SOPs and semi-finished products from the central kitchen let newcomers serve consistently.
How many people does a store need?
YI YUEH CHU stores are designed to launch with three people, creating the most effective profitability from a lean staffing setup.
Can I apply before finding a location?
Yes. Headquarters helps with trade-area assessment and site selection. If you already own or lease a location, let us know in your application.
How much capital do I need to prepare?
It depends on the store format, region and location. Headquarters provides a full financial projection during the assessment stage, with transparent information and no hidden costs.
Can we partner outside Taiwan?
Yes. Overseas partnerships are mainly through regional licenses, granted by country or city. Headquarters provides the brand, menu development, SOPs and central kitchen know-how, while the local partner handles operations and store rollout. Please select “Overseas Regional License” as the plan when you apply.
